Warm and supportive counselling for individuals and couples face-to-face and online. Based in Moray.

Welcome.

If you’ve landed here, then the chances are that you’re struggling with thoughts, emotions, or behaviours that seem out of your control. Maybe you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem or issues with addiction. There could be conflict in your relationship that you feel you can’t resolve. Whatever has brought you here, it’s likely that the problems seem too big to cope with by yourself, and you feel trapped in a repeating pattern or behaviour. This is where we can help.

We are Anna and Neil, two psychotherapists and a couple who have been together for over 30 years. We specialise in helping individuals and couples who are struggling with a range of issues, and you can choose which one of us you’re most comfortable talking to.

You are not alone. Struggling with difficult thoughts, emotions or behaviours can be overwhelming, a very lonely place where you feel like the only person who isn’t coping. However, an estimated 1 in 4 people will experience mental health difficulties this year alone.

Starting the search for a counsellor is the first step on the journey to feeling better. It is also a brave move to reach out and ask for help on that journey. Congratulations for taking that step. Studies have shown that willingness to get help is one of the strongest indicators of success in therapy.

It may be that you feel too scared, embarrassed or ashamed to share your difficulty with someone you know. That’s where, as professional counsellors, we can help. We offer a completely safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment for us to work through your problems together. You are not alone.

If you’d like to book a free, short introductory call / online meeting to discuss how we can work together, then please get in touch.
